Implementation of acquisition strategies
Campaigns managed mainly on Amazon in the main European countries. My role is to establish with my team the strategy according to the products, the platforms (AMS or DSP), the budgets, the types of campaigns, the competition and the objectives to be reached. We also make a lot of effort to protect our brand and the keywords linked to our brand to avoid as much as possible that competitors place themselves on it.
We also work on other more local platforms (Allegro, Cdiscount, Heurecka, …) depending on the country and adopt a personal strategy depending on the platforms and the objectives we have to achieve.
Project management
Small project within the team such as opening local affiliations, managing the opening and updating of SIS, automation of reports and many others. At company level, projects like setting up the different websites, application development with the development team.
Process implementation

Management of the budgets linked to the contractual commercial conditions, as well as the needs per country according to the actions to be set up between the partners
Management of the security of Google accounts and advertising
Creation and management of google accounts linked to our websites. In charge of the access to the different accounts and their security
Management of our Cdiscount account
Account management including sending products in FBC (managing container shipments with logistics and problems related to unloading), setting prices, daily management of sell-out, setting up visibility actions (home page banner, category, …), adding products to the platform, setting up search facets as well as markerting descriptions and managing acquisition campaigns by myself and then with the local agency. I managed to increase the turnover generated by the platform by more than 100%.
Management of AMS and DSP (Amazon) campaign
Implementation of visibility campaigns on Amazon FR via the internal AMS platform and the DSP display platform.
Management and optimisation of daily campaigns according to the Acos, the different types of campaigns, the budget and the competition. I managed to get the Acos down to an average of 4 when I took the lead on the campaigns. As the person responsible for Amazon campaigns on a global level, our campaigns are maintained at an overall Acos between 4 and 5 in all the European countries we cover.
Brand visibility on the whole French market
My tasks and goal was to make our brand and our products known to people looking for this type of product. Therefore, I was able to work with specialized websites such as Consobaby, Magic Maman, Je suis Papa. I was also lucky enough to have one of our products featured on the TV show “Maison des Maternelles” as well as to have our products entered into specialised competitions via the Marie Claire website.
Another aspect of my job was visibility on social networks through content creation and working with influencers. I was able to discover a real community related to parenting and to this day we still work with specialized sites and influencers that I discovered.

EDUCATION & SKILLS
After secondary school, I took a BEP VAM (Sales Action Merchant) mainly because I didn’t know what to do. After my BEP, I continued my studies with a Professional Baccalaureate in Commerce, where I got a “Good” mention. I then went on to do a BTS MUC (Management of Commercial Units). I graduated as a Web and Web Application Developer in September 2024. I am currently planning to take a Digital Marketing Project Manager diploma. The end of this diplomas is planned for June 2025.
